Refund policy
You have 14 days right of withdrawal with full refund from the day you made a purchase, in accordance with the law (2005:59). If you wish to refund your purchase, send an email to urbanartists.sthlm@gmail.com before the end of the 14 day period where you clearly state your intention to withdraw your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the same condition that you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Courses and Workshops
Any purchase of courses (or workshops) is not covered by the right of withdrawal. Cancellation requests that are made at least 14 days prior to the course start will be fully refunded. If you cancel your booking within 7 to 14 days of the course start, a booking fee of 500 kr will be deducted from the refunded amount. Cancellations within 7 days from course start are not refunded. If you instead wish to change to another course, this can be done by request to urbanartists.sthlm@gmail.com, subject to availability. Any price difference will be paid or refunded as needed.
If you wish to cancel a course that has already been started, the course fee will not be refunded. If the reason for cancellation is due to an unforeseeable event that prevents you from taking part of the course, and if this can be strengthened by a doctor's note or otherwise applicable, the unused part of the course fee will be refunded. This applies for example in the event of sickness, or emergencies within the closest family.
If you miss one of the course sessions due to other reasons than previously mentioned, it might be possible to change to another one if there is availability. This only applies if you make it known at least 24 hours prior to that session. Otherwise, the session is to be considered as used.
*Workshops may have its own refund and cancellation regulations, the stated terms in product supersedes the policy here mentioned.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Pottery products made during courses that break during production or while firing are not compensated for by us.
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products and special orders.
Refunds
Once a refund request has been made over email, it will be reviewed and you will be notified if it is approved or not. If there is no physical product to be returned, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. In case of a physical product, the refund will be started once the product has been returned to the store.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with a course, you can in some circumstances get it refunded in accordance with "Konsumenttjänstlagen" (1985:716). We always strive to deliver courses of high quality and to make sure our customers are happy. We are grateful for any feedback on how we can improve. Please contact us on urbanartists.sthlm@gmail.com, and we will do our best to find a solution. If we cannot find a solution together, you can always turn to "Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden".
