Kanpai & Clay – Sake Tasting with Mug Making

Sake Tasting & Handbuilt Sake Mug Workshop

(Kanpai & Clay – Sakeprovning & Keramikworkshop att handbygga en sakekopp)

Unwind your week with a special afternoon of clay, sake, and quiet joy. In our tranquil studio, you’ll slow down, work with your hands, and enjoy a guided sake tasting paired with izakaya-style snacks—all while crafting your own handmade sake mug.

This workshop blends Japanese sake culture with the wabi-sabi beauty of handbuilt ceramics. No prior pottery experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to get your hands a little dirty.

Saturday 7th of March 16.30-19.30

🍶 Sake Tasting
Guided by Erik Ortman, certified sake professional and proud sake nerd, guests will be introduced to three carefully selected sakes

🍽️ Food Pairing

  1. Oyster with ponzu sauce

  2. Tsukemono – Japanese pickles
