🎃 Spooky Clay & Family Fun: Halloween Pottery Workshop!

Join us for a cozy, creative Sunday morning celebrating Halloween! This 1.5-hour workshop is designed for parent-and-child pairs (or any adult + kid duo) to get hands-on with clay and create spooktacular ceramic keepsakes together.

Whether you want to pinch a monster mug, sculpt miniature pumpkin decorations, or try your hand at spinning clay on the potter's wheel, we have spots reserved for every kind of maker!

📅 Event Details

• Date: Sunday, October 18, 2026

• Time: 10:00 – 11:30 AM (Studio open until 12:00 PM for wrap-up)

• Location: Urban Artists Stockholm, Bohusgatan 27

• Age Requirement: Kids 5 years & older (accompanied by an adult)

• Price: 1,200 SEK per Duo (Includes 1 Adult + 1 Child)

🎨 Choose Your Creative Station (12 Spots Total)

When booking your ticket, please select your preferred technique:

• Wheel Throwing Experience (6 Pair Spots): Experience the excitement of throwing clay on the potter's wheel together with guided instruction!

• Hand-Building & Sculpting (6 Pair Spots): Pinch, coil, and slab-build spooky shapes, ghost tea-light holders, pumpkin bowls, or haunted house tiles. Perfect for younger kids or detailed sculpting!

🏺 What’s Included

• 1 Finished Piece Included per duo ticket (glazed, fired, and finished by the studio).

• Extra Creations: Want to keep more of your creations? Additional pieces can be fired and glazed for 250 SEK / piece.

• All raw clay, tools, aprons, and Halloween-themed underglaze/stamps provided.

⏱️ Workshop Schedule (10:00 – 11:30 AM)

• 10:00 – 10:15 AM: Welcome, Halloween design inspiration, and safety/clay demonstration.

• 10:15 – 11:15 AM: Hands-on clay making! (6 pairs at the wheels / 6 pairs at the hand-building table).

• 11:15 – 11:30 AM: Selecting your favorite pieces, choosing glazes/colors, and cleanup.

📦 Pick-up & Firing

Your creations will be carefully dried, bisque-fired, glazed, and final-fired in our kilns. They will be ready for pick-up at the studio approximately 2 to 3 weeks after the workshop—just in time for Halloween!
